Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment. Since our service is by appointment only to ensure the best experience for our customers, we allow cancellations for a 100% refund or rescheduling if done at least 36 hours in advance. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, the deposit will not be refunded.

Many prefer female specialists for scalp and relaxation treatments, and our team is highly trained in Japanese head spa techniques. We want every guest to have a safe and comfortable experience. However, due to the nature of our treatments and equipment, the following clients may not be eligible for our head spa services:

1. Hair Longer Than 30 Inches
Unfortunately, guests with hair longer than 30 inches may not be eligible for treatment. Extremely long hair can be difficult to manage during washing, and may overwhelm the sink setup, affecting both comfort and effectiveness of the treatment.

2. Hair Extensions
Clients with hair extensions—whether clip-in, tape-in, sew-in, or bonded—are not eligible for treatment. The washing and massage process may loosen or damage extensions, and they may interfere with proper cleansing and product absorption.

• Wear comfortable clothing. To keep your outfit dry and allow full access for the neck and shoulder massage, clients will be provided with a bath wrap during the session.

• We recommend not wearing jewelry. If you arrive with jewelry, our team will help you remove it and place it safely in a secure box.

• For some treatments, our specialist will remove makeup and provide a gentle facial wash.

• Our spa is designed for quiet relaxation—please come alone unless you’ve booked a couples’ session. To maintain a peaceful environment, children and pets are not permitted.

• Cancellations require at least 36 hours’ notice to avoid fees.
